How do I get started with a team store?
Head to our Get Started page, choose a package and get in touch. We will guide you through artwork, garment selection and sizing, and take your store live once you have approved the designs.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Almost everything is produced to order using full-dye sublimation, which is why lead times apply and why we can offer such a wide range without holding stock.
How long does production and shipping take?
Made-to-order production typically runs a few weeks depending on the size of the run, followed by shipping time to your location. We will confirm the current window when you order.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. True Apparel is made in Australia and ships worldwide.
What is your refund and return policy?
Because items are custom made to order we do not refund for change of mind, but you are always covered under Australian Consumer Law for faults or delivery damage. See our Return & Refund policy for the full detail.
